FAQ

Pricing questions.

Billing, orders, the free plan and what happens in a busy month.

Read the docs
How does pricing work?

You pay by the orders your store gets each month, so AndOr costs less while you are small and grows with your sales. Shopify bills you, in US dollars.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers up to 50 orders a month and includes promotions, storefront widgets, upsell offers, checkout rules and discounts. No card needed.

What do paid plans add?

More control and deeper insight: version history and a timeline for every rule, import and export, the flow visual editor, Refresh, and Analytics up to 90 days with comparisons, filters, tables and CSV export. Paid plans also allow more rules.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Which orders count?

Every order your store receives in a calendar month, from any channel. Test orders don't count. Cancelled orders still count.

When does the count reset?

On the 1st of every month, so each month starts fresh.

What if I go over my plan?

Everything keeps running, and you get a 10% buffer before storefront widgets and upsell offers pause. Discounts and checkout rules never stop. Upgrade any time to bring everything back at once, or it returns on the 1st.

What is added revenue?

The extra revenue your promotions and upsell offers bring in. Analytics shows it, so you see what AndOr earns you. You are never billed on it. See How we count.

I have more than 2,000 orders a month.

Do I need a credit card? Can I cancel any time?

No card in AndOr. The charge goes on your usual Shopify bill. Cancel any time: choose Free, or uninstall.

Will my plan change on its own?

No. You stay in control. The app tells you when you are near your plan's orders, and you choose when to upgrade.
